Greetings from Ottawa, Canada.

I have finally arrived in Ottawa for the World Suicide Prevention Day concert featuring Susan Aglukark and Friends of Emmet. Yesterday I got to meet, face to face with Susan and all of the Irish lads of Friends of Emmet.

After rehearsals and a tour of Centrepointe Theatre we were all ready for an evening out in the Byward Market area. It was great to share stories about how we have all come together in a common mission of suicide prevention and awareness.
