10:13 pm:  My trip to Ottawa was to meet Alex and get an understanding of how logistically I would do this project. I know now that the dialogue between survivors of suicide is powerful, healing and good. There is no stigma within survivors of suicide and this must be shared. Look at us. We’re OK.
